Er. Kumari Vinita Honored at IWP Conclave 2025 for Innovation in Technology and Safety Research

Dubai, UAE | June 30, 2025 — Er. Kumari Vinita, a passionate research scholar and technology innovator from India, was honored with the Iconic Women Award 2025 at the 2nd International Women Parliament (IWP) Conclave, held on June 30 in Dubai, on the occasion of the International Day of Parliamentarism.

She was recognized for her outstanding work in technological innovation and engineering safety, particularly in the field of IoT-based solutions for coal mine safety. As a Research Scholar at Sarla Birla University, Jharkhand, India, Er. Vinita is developing cutting-edge systems aimed at improving the lives and working conditions of miners by integrating smart monitoring and advanced alert technologies.
Her commitment to research that addresses real-world problems reflects a new generation of women in STEM who are not only breaking barriers but also contributing meaningfully to industrial safety and sustainability.
